This homeowner in Seaside Park, New Jersey noticed a musty odor coming from their crawl space. They were experiencing dampness and moisture and called Quality 1st Basement Systems for a solution. Our System Design Specialist, Mike DiVirgilio, helped the homeowner solve this issue. Our foreman, Luis Aguirre, and his crew installed the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System. This system will stop vapor from flowing up from the soil, stop vapor from coming in from the walls, and gives the appearance of looking bright and clean. Now the homeowner does not have to worry about mold, moisture, or bugs in their crawlspace.

This homeowner in Seaside Park, New Jersey noticed their concrete was sinking and becoming unlevel. This can happen when concrete is poured over poorly backfilled soil. Over time, this soil settles and creates voids underneath the concrete that cause it to settle. We sent our System Design Specialist, Chris Bowe, to provide an inspection, and Chris suggested our PolyLevel Injections. Our foreman Ramon used PolyLevel which is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and injecting the foam into the voids underneath. PolyLevel will bring the concrete to a raised position and will eliminate any tripping hazards!

Chris suggested using polyurethane foam to lift and level the concrete to bring it to its original position.
