Hazlet, NJ homeowner wanted to remove the carpet in the basement and put down hardwood flooring. Quality 1st Basement Systems as many flooring options all that are waterproof and mold resistant, making them great products to have if you are concerned with potential flooding. The Q1 team installed ThermalDry Elite plank flooring that looks and feels like real wood.   

The owner of the property located in Hazlet, NJ contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems when he noticed some of the sidewalks on the property had settled. Upon inspection, System Design Specialist, Andrew Gagliardi, measured up to 2 inches of settlement from the sidewalk to the curb. Quality 1st Foreman, Arturo and his crew were able to lift and level each sidewalk permanently stabilizing each slab to prevent further settlement or any tripping hazards from forming. 

A homeowner in Hazlet, New Jersey had an old sump pump in the basement and needed a new one so the homeowner contacted Quality 1st for a solution. Our System Design Specialist suggested that a new sump pump be installed in the basement. The TripleSafe sump pump was installed to make sure the basement is fully protected. The TripleSafe has three levels of pumps built inside in case of one pump failure, the next lower level pumps will kick in and ensure the basement stays dry.   

A new homeowner in Hazlet, New Jersey noticed their basement was leaking where the wall meets the floor and contacted Quality 1st for a solution. Our System Design Specialist inspected the basement and had WaterGuard installed along the perimeter of the basement, underneath the floor slab, on top of the foundation footing to prevent the system from clogging. WaterGuard seeps through the basement walls and drains it to the sump pump. this system installs quickly and has a clean finished appearance. The SuperSump Premier sump pump system was installed to pump the water out of the basement. The SuperSump is a more economical solution to keep the basement dry and healthy for extended periods of time. This sump pump system is perfect for occasional water issues but not a severe flood.
