To prevent the wall from cracking more and stabilize it, CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System was installed on the walls. CarbonArmor contains strips that are made from a reinforced polymer that is 10 times stronger than steel. The strips are attached to the wall and secured with heavy-duty steel brackets. The straps will stabilize the wall and begin to pull it back to its original position. CarbonArmor installs quickly and will not impact future basement finishing.
