During his inspection, Andrew discovered there was a gap forming between the walls and floors of the basement. He presented this to the homeowner and recommended the WaterGuard French Drain. The crawl space has been completely encapsulated with our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to prevent moisture infiltration, along with SilverGlo Insulation Panels to maintain warmth. As a result, the crawl space is now effectively waterproofed, ensuring a healthy environment and stable temperature.

Every time it rained, this home in Elmwood Park, NJ experienced water leakage coming from the foundation walls extending to the corners. An inspector decided it would be best to have the WaterGuard basement waterproofing system and a SuperSump sump pump. The water from the wall goes through the WaterGuard drainage system to the SuperSump sump pump which then it is pumped out of the house.
