A Midland Park, NJ homeowner found water seeping through the foundation of their home, so they contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems for a solution. We new installing the WaterGuard French Drain and TripleSafe Sump Pump System would durable enough the keep the basement dry and healthy. Since the installation, the homeowner has not experienced any other water issues in their home. 

Quality 1st Basement Systems replaced this old, wooden crawl space door with a top of the line EverLast door. The new crawl space door will prevent moisture and pests from coming into this Bayonne, NJ crawl space and will never rot or rust.

Quality 1st Basements sent one of our System Design Specialist out to inspect the structure of this crawl space after the homeowner noticed the floors on the first level of their home, above the crawl space was uneven and sagging. 

We discovered the crawl space beams were no longer enough support for the floor joist causing the floor to sag. We recommended our SmartJack Crawl Space Stabilizers to add additional support to the crawl space beams and floor joist for stabilization.  

Water infiltration can cause damage to a basement. Quality 1st Basements removed paneling and studs and installed WaterGuard below-floor perimeter drainage system to prevent future water seepage. The WaterGuard system installs cleanly with minimal disruption of the floor and is concreted over after installation. A WaterGuard port was installed along this wall for easy access to the drainage system for maintenance and cleaning.

Our service team provided annual maintenance for this homeowner in Bayonne, New Jersey where they cleaned and flood-tested the system.
