Each year, our service team will thoroughly clean and inspect the sump pump to ensure it's operating at its best performance. During these appointments, our service team will disassemble the sump pump, clean it with a hose and vacuum, and then reassemble the sump pump. We recently assisted a homeowner in Clifton, NJ, who was struggling with persistent water seepage in their basement during periods of heavy rainfall. The homeowner was determined to protect their home from potential rot and mold-growth, prompting them to reach out to our team at Quality 1st for a long-term solution.

Homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basements when they noticed their chimney started leaning away from the home. We sent Senior Foundation Specialist, Ken Peare, out to design a solution using one of our foundation stabilizer systems. We installed two Helical Piers deep down underneath the foundation and chimney. Using the weight of the home we were able to stabilize the chimney. 

Our customer in Middletown, NJ had water in the alcove below their front porch.  Design specialist JC Gibriano recommended CleaSpace to protect the walls and Waterguard to drain the water to the sump.  Installed by Mario and his crew, the customer has no more water issues!

A homeowner in Lincroft, NJ reached out to us to install a reliable sump pump system in their basement. They knew their old sump pump was outdated and couldn't keep up with the recent rain.
