Recently in Absecon, NJ, we had the privilege of assisting a homeowner who was facing a collection of concerns regarding their home's sustainability and safety. The call came to us after the homeowner noticed some shifting in their home’s foundation, comprised primarily of cinder blocks, as well as urgent needs for waterproofing and outside insulation. We proposed a tailored solution using CleanSpace, SilverGlo, and our SmartJack system. The CleanSpace liner was to be installed in the crawl space to provide a solid water vapor barrier, preventing future moisture or water damage. SilverGlo insulation panels were placed to enhance energy efficiency. To the pressing issue of the home’s shifting foundation, we deployed our SmartJack system, providing solid support to stabilize and potentially lift the foundation to its original position. 

In Absecon, NJ, a homeowner faced the troublesome issues of moisture and humidity in their crawl space. The excess moisture had led to musty odors and the threat of mold, compromising the air quality throughout their home. Our experienced production team embarked on the task with precision and care. We installed the StarPipe drainage system to effectively guide any shifting water towards our reliable TripleSafe Sump Pump, ensuring efficient water extraction and reliability from potential power outages or system failures. To encapsulate the crawl space and lock out moisture, we laid down the robust CleanSpace liner, significantly outperforming usual vapor barriers with its mold-resistant and UV-stable features. To complement the encapsulation, SilverGlo wall insulation was integrated to boost energy efficiency and control moisture ingress. Concluding the job, we powered up the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, acclaimed for its efficiency in reducing humidity and obliterating mold threats.

This homeowner had a concrete slab in their backyard that was beginning to crack. In order  to keep the concrete from shifting, our polylevel team sealed the cracks with NexusPro Joint Sealant. NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions. Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, which means it won't crack, bubble or dry.

A homeowner in South River was unhappy with his wet basement. It seemed that he was constantly struggling with basement flooding, which made it difficult to leave belongings in the basement. He called Quality 1st Basement Systems and a crew installed the CleanSpace Wall System. CleanSpace is a plastic liner that is fitted to walls and creates a seal that prevents water and outside air from entering. It is durable and a great choice for stone walls! Now this basement is dry and the homeowner couldn't be happier!

A homeowner in South River, NJ contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems after discovering water seeping into their basement. The issue was inspected by our System Design Specialist, Joe Mancini, and the best solution for the homeowner was waterproofing their basement. Our crew installed the WaterGuard French Drain System and Triple Safe Sump Pump. As you can see in the before photo, our team began to create the channel for the WaterGuard system to be installed above the footing of the foudnation. The after photo shows the team in the process of covering the WAterGuard system with stone and cement now that the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier has been installed to the walls.
