Each year, our service team will thoroughly clean the system by disassembling it, cleaning it with a hose and pump vacuum, and then reassembling it together. We sent our System Design Specialist, Steve Roldan, to the home and he suggested they seal the crawl space from the earth's elements. A few days later, our foreman arrived at the home and installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System. CleanSpace is a durable liner that is mold-proof and waterproof and will block moisture and humidity from entering the crawl space. When the job was complete, the homeowner was happy to see their crawl space was dry and healthy!

We sent our System Design Specialist, Steve Roldan, to provide an inspection and Steve suggested they waterproof the basement. A few days later, our foreman installed our WaterGuard French Drain System and our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier System. WaterGuard will collect water that seeps through basement walls and drain it to the sump pump. It rests on top of the foundation footing so it's kept out of the mud zone. CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier will block moisture and humidity from passing through the walls of the basement. Since the installation, the homeowner has not experienced any other issues in the basement! 

Quality 1st Basement Systems was contacted by this homeowner in Wayne, New Jersey to inspect their stairs that were causing tripping hazards. We sent our System Design Specialist Joseph DelVecchio, to provide an inspection. Joseph suggested using our PolyLevel Injections to raise the concrete to a level position. Our foreman Ramon used PolyLevel which is done by drilling small, penny-sized holes into the concrete. Ramon will inject the polyurethane foam into the voids underneath to raise them. When the job was done, the homeowner was satisfied that they did not have to worry about tripping hazards!
