Our company was referred to this customer by his Structural Engineer for the repair of his block foundation. There was a horizontal crack that ran about 20ft with an opening of 3/8 of an inch in the worst spot. Finding this foundation issue put a big halt to his finishing plans, but he knew if he wanted to proceed with his dream basement, the foundation would first need to be repaired.

To stabilize this foundation, we came out and installed our CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System. This system consisted of 13 CarbonArmor straps and 11 Armor Locks. This system will permanently stabilize your home's foundation and comes with a 25-year warranty against any manufacturer defects and against any further bowing. The CarboArmor system is also non-invasive, so now the customer can complete the finishing of his basement without any eyesores or obstacles.

This basement needed a Cleanspace Vapor Barrier, Waterguard, and SuperSump Pump to correct the water seepage, Flexispan to correct some cracks along the walls, and our Geo Lock Anchor System to correct the bowing in the wall. 

This crawlspace was damp, dirty and in desperate need of some help. The homeowner reached out to us to tackle the issues he was having with mold and water seepage. First, we started by removing all the debris and old insulation. We then treated all the joists with our botanical fungicide, Mold-X2. Once the area was treated we installed a SmartSump pump system with a WaterWatch alarm to remove water and prevent flooding. Next we insulated the walls with SilverGlo wall paneling and lined the entire crawlspace in CleanSpace vapor barrier. Lastly, we installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, which will remove moisture from the air and prevent mold growth, wood rot, and odors.

In this crawl space, the area was in need of encapsulation and to be closed off from the moisture that had been sinking up into the home. We went to the property to install our CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation system with our SilverGlo insulated wall panels. The team laid the CleanSpace Drainage Matting that lies down under the clean space liner that will keep your space clean, dry and free of mold. By having this installed, your space improves your home comfort and the clean space material is designed to permanently prevent moisture and even pests.

Two steel beams were running East to West in the crawl space, one was a full beam, the other had a joint with no support. Customer had another company come out and install a temp support, but he needed something more permanent. We came out and installed a SmartJack, which provides solid support for sagging floors and undersized beams. Smart Jacks are galvanized for corrosion resistance and can hold up to 60,000 pounds.
