The homeowner contacted us with concerns of excessive moisture and visible mold in their crawl space, desperately seeking a dependable solution after frequent flooding. After conducting a thorough examination of the crawl space, recognizing both the urgent and long-term concerns, we proposed a customized solution using our top-tier products: CleanSpace and SaniDry Sedona. CleanSpace is designed to encapsulate and protect crawl spaces from moisture and mold, while SaniDry Sedona effectively dehumidifies, filtering out damp air and preventing mold growth.

To resolve these issues, our team implemented a customized waterproofing and insulation plan. We installed SilverGlo Insulation Panels along the crawl space walls, rigid foam panels with a built-in radiant barrier that not only insulate but also help reflect heat back into the home for improved energy efficiency. To control the humidity levels, we added our powerful, compact SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. This system continuously removes excess moisture from the air, preventing mold and mildew while keeping the space dry and healthy.

When our Dover, NJ homeowner wanted to stop water intrusion before it started, they knew just who to call. Notice in the before photo, a basement waiting for the inevitable. After we’ve worked our magic with the TripleSafe Sump Pump, WaterGuard French Drain System, and CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier System. Now, this basement is a fortress against moisture, safeguarding the homeowner's peace of mind and the home's integrity. 

A homeowner in Basking Ridge, New Jersey had wet insulation and a moist crawl space. The homeowners contacted Quality 1st for a free estimate and one of our system design specialists went to inspect the crawl space. Because of the moisture and wet insulation, the crawl space needed to be encapsulated.

To do this, CleanSpace Drainage Matting was installed on the floor of the crawl space to give the water a channel underneath the crawl space liner. To prevent water vapor and humidity from passing through, CleanSpace Vapor Barrier was installed on the floors and walls. This liner protects the crawl space from moisture, mold and rot so there is no worry about odors or allergenic spores in the crawl space. The homeowners do not have to worry about a wet crawl space anymore.
