In Paramus, NJ, a homeowner was dealing with a persistent crawl space issue. They noticed musty odors drifting through their home, accompanied by an uncomfortable sense of humidity. We proposed a thorough plan that involved three robust products: CleanSpace, SilverGlo, and the SaniDry Sedona. First, we fitted the CleanSpace encapsulation system, transforming the once damp crawl space into a clean, dry foundation. Next, SilverGlo Insulation was installed along the crawl space walls. Infused with graphite, SilverGlo not only enhanced the thermal efficiency but also served as a reliable vapor barrier, redirecting any incidental moisture to the home's drainage system. Finally, the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was put in place.
Moisture had begun to take hold in this Edison, NJ basement due to poor drainage around the foundation. The homeowner noticed signs of dampness and was increasingly aware of the risks, such as mold growth, wood rot, and poor air quality, that could result if the issue went unaddressed. Seeking a reliable, long-term solution, they reached out to Quality 1st for expert guidance and waterproofing services.
Following a detailed evaluation, our team designed a tailored waterproofing system to meet the home’s specific needs. We installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump to ensure consistent and dependable water removal, even during power outages or extreme weather. To combat vapor intrusion and brighten the basement environment, we added CleanSpace Wall Panels along the foundation walls. Lastly, we included our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, a powerful, energy-efficient system that maintains proper humidity levels and prevents mold-friendly conditions.
With these upgrades in place, the homeowner now enjoys a dry, healthy, and protected basement they can trust year-round!
Heavy rainstorms had started to take a toll on a Paterson, NJ home, where the homeowner noticed early signs of water damage appearing in the basement. Concerned about the potential for mold, structural deterioration, and further moisture intrusion, they reached out to Quality 1st for a professional, long-term solution. Our team conducted a thorough inspection and identified areas where water was seeping in, allowing us to design a customized waterproofing system tailored to the home’s specific needs.
To protect the basement from future water damage, we installed our patented WaterGuard Drainage System to capture and redirect water before it reached the living space. We paired this with our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, offering triple-layer protection to ensure continuous drainage, even during heavy storms or power outages. CleanSpace Wall Panels were added to create a moisture-resistant vapor barrier, helping to control humidity and brighten the space, while our IceGuard Discharge Line was installed to prevent backups caused by frozen exterior pipes.
With this powerful combination of systems, the basement was fully restored to a clean, dry, and healthy condition, giving the homeowner confidence in the safety and value of their home!

A homeowner in Robbinsville, NJ, was very worried that someone would accidentally trip on the way to the door, as there was a dangerous tripping hazard. A concrete slab had gradually sank over the years and needed to be repaired. Quality 1st Basements arrived to save the day.
Polylevel foreman, Ash Ganatra, arrived on site to handle the situation. Ash drilled small holes into the slab to pump in the polyurethane foam. The foam was able to lift the slab as it expanded underneath the sunken slab. In less than 15 minutes, the homeowner was able to walk over the slab. After the slab was lifted to the original position, Ash placed Nexus Pro in between the cracks to finish it off. The homeowner was very pleased with the work and it gave him a piece of mind.
