In this job Juan Garcia installed CleanSpace on the wall behind the sheetrock. As you can see, it creates a vapor barrier to prevent moisture from seeping in through the concrete wall and damaging the sheet rock.

The existing sump pump allowed water vapor to leave the sump and  evaporate in the basement air since it did not have an air tight lid. A homeowner in Livingston, NJ, was experiencing serious water seepage in their basement near the laundry room area. A Livingston, New Jersey resident contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems hoping for a solution to their wet basement. System Design Specialist, Mike D came out to inspect the basement and recommended a full perimeter system to keep it protected against heavy rain storms. 

Our TripleSafe Sump pump system with a back up battery was installed to keep the basement dry and heathy.  Unlike other sump systems, the TripleSafe has three pumps that sit inside a protective liner. Each pump activates once the amount of water increases to provide the ultimate protection. If the power goes out, the system will continue to pump out water with the back up battery in place.
