Homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems when he noticed his sidewalk and driveway area were settling about 1 to 2 inches. This settlement created a gap between the concrete slab and the foundation of the home. PolyLevel was injected under the slab, raising it back to level.  The homeowner was amazed at the installation process and was shocked that within 15 minutes of the job being completed, he could park his car back in the driveway. 

When the homeowner from Ocean City, NJ, reached out to us with concerns about excessive moisture and compromised floor joists in their crawl space, we knew just what to do. Before tackling this crawl space in Somers Point, NJ, the lack of insulation and absent vapor barrier left it vulnerable to moisture and cold. As you can see, our transformation began with installing a reliable CleanSpace vapor barrier, combined with SilverGlo insulation on the floor joists. We also included our SaniDry Sedona for optimal dehumidifying, eliminating moisture, mold, and odors.
