Our foreman, Juan Garcia, installed the WaterGuard Drain System, which sits on top of the foundation footing to be kept out of the mud zone. We also installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier which will prevent water vapor from traveling through the foundation walls. Now, the homeowner will maintain a dry and healthy basement!
