Quality 1st Basement Systems installed a CarbonArmor wall reinforcement system in Edison, New Jersey. CarbonArmor hugs the foundation wall, stabilizing it and preventing it from bowing forward. The foundation is now secure.

Edison homeowners contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems when they realized how dangerous their sidewalk had become to the neighbors. The sidewalk slabs had settled 6 to 8 inches causing a serious tripping hazard. Concrete Repair Specialist, Jeffrey Pitek, reassured the homeowners that the sidewalk slabs could be raised back to their original state with PolyLEVEL Foam while causing no disturbance to the surrounded area of their home. The homeowners were amazed at the outcome and were happy their neighbors were able to walk on the sidewalk 15 minutes after the job was done. 

Kyle installed our WaterGuard french drain system above the footing, out of the mud zone to prevent clogging or damage. WaterGuard collects all water seeping through the wall and from the floor, directing it straight to the sump pump. He then installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump that has three individual pumps inside to protect the basement of this large size. 

Our customers in Edison were looking to waterproof and clean up their previously finished basement.  Since the walls were damp and there were puddles on the floor, design specialist JC Gibriano discussed using the Everlast Wall Restoration system.  Juan and his crew removed the bottom of the walls, installed our WaterGuard system to drain the water to the new sump, and then installed the new waterproof wall panels.  The customers couldn't be happier!
