This medical building in Dover, DE was referred to our company for structural repair. Upon inspection of the basement, it was discovered that there were numerous bowing walls in this 5000sqft building that needed correction ASAP. The best solution for this type of issue is to install our Carbon Armor Wall Stabilization System.

Our CarbonArmor straps are 10 times stronger than steel but are non-invasive due to their flexibility, allowing them to contour tightly against the foundation wall. In Berwyn, PA, the homeowners were dealing with a crawl space vapor barrier that simply wasn’t working. It wasn’t sealed correctly, which allowed damp air to keep entering the space. Our team installed CleanSpace, SilverGlo insulation, and a SaniDry Sedona to solve the problem. Their crawl space is now fully protected, dry, and energy-efficient.

This customer had a large basement project, from mold remediation to basement waterproofing and window upgrades, we did it all.

This customer had a partially below grade garage that would leak water around the window when it would rain. Upon inspection of the problematic wall, it was discovered that there was a hairline crack in the foundation that the homeowner tried to patch up themselves with a tar covering. Water eventually found its way through the patch and began puddling on the floor during rainstorms.

We came out and did a Polyurethane Injection with FlexiSpan crack repair. Our Polyurethane Injection penetrates deep into the foundation wall and once injected, the resin expands and turns into a waterproof foam barrier. Our Flexispan seals cracks with a flexible urethane sealant that stops water penetration. As in the name, our flexispan is flexible and moves with the wall, eliminating any re-cracking or seepage down the road.

In this unfinished basement in Upper Chichester, PA, water was coming through the cement foundation wall and leaking down onto the basement floor. Our team dug a trench where the foundation and floor meet to install our WaterGuard sub-floor drain system that will capture the leaky wall water. Then we placed along the walls our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, which is a poly sheet material that forces the wall seepage into the sub-floor drain that flows into the sump pump. This waterproofing system will create an effective way to keep the basement dry and vapor free.
