When a homeowner in Langhorne, PA, observed several puddles forming in their basement, they recognized the urgency of the situation. Basements are susceptible to water intrusion due to inadequate drainage and high groundwater levels, which can lead to mold growth and structural damage. Understanding the potential risks, they reached out for an effective solution. We implemented our TripleSafe Sump Pump, WaterGuard French Drain System, and TrenchDrain System. The TripleSafe ensures dependable water removal with a battery backup, while the WaterGuard channels water away from the foundation, and the TrenchDrain captures surface water before it can seep in. By addressing these initial puddles, this homeowner successfully transformed their space and safeguarded their investment.

Every time it rained, this homeowner noticed that water would pool up by the street and slowly start seeping into their basement. We recommended installing our WaterGuard system along the basement’s perimeter, a TripleSafe Sump Pump to efficiently pump out any gathered water, and our SaniDry Sedona to keep the humidity and dampness in check. These photos show the process of installing a feed line as well as the TripleSafe system!
A homeowner in Berlin, NJ was tired of constantly worrying about the trip hazard on their front porch. The concrete beneath the slate had sunk over the years, creating a gap between the step and the porch. After deciding that they did not want to go through the process of replacing the entire porch, the homeowner contacted Quality 1st for a solution. Our Concrete Repair Specialist, Andy, inspected the area and determined that installing PolyLevel (our concrete lifting and leveling solution) would effectively remove the trip hazard. On the day of the installation, Ash and his team prepared the area and completed the installation. Once the installation was complete, the porch was level again and the homeowner no longer had to worry about anyone tripping while walking up to their home.
A homeowner in Washington Crossing, Pennsylvania was looking to waterproof their basement walls and floors. They contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Dan McNally, was able to provide an inspection of the home and suggested they install waterproof floors and walls. Our foreman, Juan Garcia, installed the ThermalDry Flooring which will create a thermal break from the concrete floor, making the floor temperature warmer. Then, the foreman installed the BrightWall Panels which are washable, waterproof, and creates a vapor barrier on the walls to block out moisture and humidity.
This Washington Crossing, PA, homeowner noticed consistent water seepage in their crawl space, which was resulting in concerns of potential structural rot and mold-growth.
After closely examining the property, our team was able to determine that this home was in desperate need of a proper waterproofing system. Luckily, our repair team was able to securely install our specially patented WaterGuard French Drainage System, and our high-performance SuperSump Premier Sump Pump.
From now on, with these powerful systems in place, this crawl space will remain dry and healthy for many years to come, providing this homeowner with total peace of mind!
