The foundation of this Somerville, NJ home was sinking and settling. That movement caused cracks in the walls of the crawl space. Our team worked with a general contractor to help this homeowner in Hatboro, PA in regards to the floor on their first level of their home. The existing floor and wood beams were damage and needed to be replaced. Our team reinforced the floor with our SmartJack Crawl Space Reinforcement System. Each SmartJack provides additional support to the flor joist and crawl space beams to secure the floor and prevent sagging and movement.
