Quality 1st Basement Systems raised uneven concrete in Monmouth County, NJ by injecting PolyLevel underneath the slab. PolyLevel is an expandable foam that lifts up and levels concrete. Now this Matawan concrete is level and supported.

Quality 1st Basement Systems used PolyLEVEL to lift and level the interior floor of this beautiful Matawan, NJ home. The settlement caused a huge, noticeable gap between the molding and the wood floor. The crew was able to raised the floor, removing the gap in the living room area without having to rip up and replace the wood. 

Our local Matawan Veteran had received a Flagpole in honor of Quality 1st Basement Systems' program, A Hero Lives Here. After the installation of the flag, the veteran asked System Design Specialist, Mike Bonfante, who had been volunteering that day, if he thought his sinking pool slabs could be lifted with PolyLevel. Mike offered to come back to the home and do a free  inspection of the entire pool area and determine if the slabs could be raised with the PolyLevel Foam. 

With the help of Mike, Foreman William, and his crew, the slabs were lifted and leveled with PolyLevel, removing all  tripping hazards. The Veteran was amazed at the process and 100% satisfied with his overall experience with Quality 1st Basement Systems. 

System Design Specialist, Mike Bonfante inspected the sinking concrete and recommended PolyLevel foam to lift, level and stabilize the slab. Foreman, William Perez and his crew drilled small penny-size holes into each sinking slab and injected PolyLevel foam underneath. The foam expands and hardens raising the slab back to its original level permanently. The foam is waterproof, adjustable and a non-mess installation. Within 15 minutes the homeowner can walk over the concrete slabs. 

A homeowner from Matawan had concrete slabs around their pools that had settled about an inch. The homeowner had learned about Quality 1st through the Money Mailer and decided to contact us. System Design Specialist, Andrew Gagliardi, examined the concrete around the homeowner's pool and recommended PolyLevel to raise the concrete slabs. The Project Manager and his team injected the PolyLevel and raised each slab back up leaving the homeowner 100 % satisfied with the work.
