We provided a thorough inspection of the home and found the foundation was settling. As a solution, we installed the Helical Piers to stabilize the foundation. Since the installation, the homeowner has not experienced any other foundation issues in their home. 

Quality 1st Basement Systems was contacted by this homeowner in Oakland, New Jersey due to their foundation wall becoming unstable and bowing inwards. Our System Design Specialist, Greg Louis provided an inspection and suggested they install a wall reinforcement system. This will allow the walls to become stable and safe. Our foreman Jonathan, arrived a few days later and installed our Carbon Armor Wall Reinforcement System. CarbonArmor is a long-lasting and durable system that's ten times stronger than steel. It's intended to stabilize the foundation walls and is applied to the wall with epoxy resin. When the job was complete, the homeowner was happy to see their walls were stabilized.
