A homeowner experiencing a cracked and settling driveway contacted Quality 1st Basements. The homeowner had four cracked and sinking slabs in their driveway which was unsightly and created a tripping hazard. Luckily, Quality 1st had the right expertise to help solve the homeowner's issue.

PolyLevel was recommended by System Design Specialist, Jeffery Pitek, as it would easily lift the concrete and make the transition from the driveway to the garage even. PolyLevel Manager, Sha Chon Kasey, and his crew injected PolyLevel into the driveway, lifting each slab back to its original position and filling out the cracks,

With the driveway raised by PolyLevel, the homeowner problem was solved. 

A sinking front porch was no match for our concrete raising solution, PolyLevel and our amazing PolyLevel team. Our crew injected polyurethane foam beneath the sinking slab raising it back up half a whole inch!  

This homeowner from Edison, NJ wanted a quick solution for his sinking concrete patio. His children liked to play outside in the backyard but the gap from the sinking concrete was creating trip hazards and prevented them from safely playing. The homeowner called Quality 1st Basements to resolve the sinking concrete. Our team injected our PolyLevel solution beneath the surface of the concrete. This lightweight but strong foam was able to lift and level the heavy slabs of concrete within minutes. The foam takes a maximum of 15 minutes to cure, so the kids were able to go back to playing outside the same afternoon it was applied. 

A homeowner in Edison, NJ saw his concrete slabs sinking and settling, causing cracks on the foundation of the home. The trip hazards could cause a serious accident, if not removed. Our concrete repair crew arrived on time and did a walkthrough to ensure the area was ready for installation. The crew drilled small, penny-sized holes into the concrete slabs, injected Polylevel underneath the slab, and began raising it back to level. This process is repeated until the entire area has been repaired. A great thing about Polylevel is that it is environmentally friendly, making it a safe product to have in the ground. It is also waterproof and will not wash out, from under the slab, during the next heavy rain. 

Since the installation, the homeowner was satisfied to see his patio fully repaired. He did not have to worry about accidents nor home damages. Since then, he has been fully satisfied. 

A resident in Edison, New Jersey noticed their concrete was sinking. They called Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Jack Huber, helped them with a solution to this problem. He suggested they inject polyurethane foam into the concrete slab to help raise the concrete. Concrete sinks and settles because of soil shrinkage, poorly compacted soil, and soil that is too wet or too dry. Our foreman, Luis Aguirre, installed the PolyLevel Injections foam into the slab. This foam will fill the void below the slab, which will level and raise it back to the original position. The installation is quick and easy and is done by drilling small penny-sized holes into the slab.
