The main level of this Feasterville Trevose, PA home was sinking, so the homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems for an estimate. As a solution, we installed the SmartJack Crawl Space System to help support the floors. Since the installation, the homeowner has not experienced any other floor issues in their home.

A homeowner in Glen Gardner, New Jersey reported their walls bowing inwards and cracking. This is a major sign of foundation issues and can happen because the soil around the home's foundation settles and becomes saturated. The Carbon Armor Straps provide the ultimate stabilization to the wall and are placed on the wall with a high-strength epoxy resin. There are brackets above the system that allow the straps to be adjusted to bring the wall towards the original position. 

To fix this bowing wall, Quality 1st Basement Systems installed CarbonArmor on the foundation wall. CarbonArmor is ten times stronger than steel and prevents walls from bowing inward. Now this Warren county, NJ foundation is much safer and the homeowner no longer worries about his basement walls.
