Check out this PolyLevel project we completed in Linwood, NJ! The concrete area surrounding the pool was experiencing three and a half inches of settlement. By injecting polyurethane formula beneath the concrete slabs, our team was able to fill the voids and lifting and leveling the slab back to its original position.  Additionally, our team applied a joint sealant to keep water from weakening the soil beneath the concrete. 

In just a short amount of time, our PolyLevel Crew was able to lift the sinking driveway make to its original state to be leveled with the driveway apron. The homeowner no longer has the large trip hazard in front of there home. 

Small Penny-size holes were drilled into the concrete driveway. Using a special tool, polyurethane foam known as PolyLevel was injected underneath to raise the slab. PolyLevel is waterproof and environmentally safe making it the ideal solution for this settlement.

We arrived at the home, inspected the sidewalk, and suggested our PolyLevel Injections. PolyLevel is a lightweight and environmentally friendly solution that will not add any weight to the soil. The concrete slab near one employee entrance to the hotel had settled and to ensure the safety of their team, they contacted us to provide a solution! We used the Polylevel Injection to lift and level the concrete.
