Don't let tripping hazards get you down! Quality 1st Basement Systems was contacted by a homeowner in Princeton Junction, New Jersey to repair their sinking sidewalk. We used our PolyLevel Injections to bring the sidewalk to a raised position. When the job was complete, the homeowner was satisfied with the work done by Quality 1st! 

A homeowner in Princeton Junction, NJ noticed their sidewalk was sinking, so they decided to have it repaired. They contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and scheduled an appointment for a concrete estimate. We repaired the sidewalk using the Polylevel Injection. Our team drilled small holes into the sinking concrete and injected the polyurethane foam into the voids underneath. The foam then expands and lifts the concrete to the desired height. After the sidewalk was repaired, our crew did a final cleanup. Since the installation, the homeowner has not experienced any other concrete issues around their home.

The driveway at this beautiful Brookside home, was settling and separating from the garage. Over time, the separation can expand allowing dirt and rocks to get stuck in the cracks. The homeowner called Quality 1st to come and give a free estimate on the settling she had been experiencing. As you can see, PolyLevel was able to raise the concrete slab back to its original level!

This homeowner from Ocean View, NJ noticed that her driveway slab had sunk about 2 inches into the ground. Water began to pool in the sunken part of the concrete, creating further damage.
