This Sewell, NJ homeowner was experiencing sinking slabs around their pool area. Since they were getting ready to close their pool in a few short weeks, they decided to wait before replacing the slabs. A few days later they noticed one of Quality 1st Basement Systems Concrete Lifting & Leveling trucks in their neighborhood and decided to call for a free estimate. 

System Design Specialist, Jeff Pitek, went out to meet with the homeowners and inspect the slab area. Jeff recommended PolyLevel for it would lift and level the slabs. The homeowner's biggest concern was that if they replaced the sinking slabs, the concrete would no longer match the old. Since PolyLevel simply raises the existing slab, they knew this was the exact solution they were looking for! 

The Sewell, NJ homeowners were thrilled that they were able to close their pool just hours after the installation was complete. 

A customer in Washington Township, NJ contacted Quality 1st Basements for a solution to their sinking concrete driveway. Quality 1st used  Polyurethane foam known as PolyLevel to fill the void below each of  the slabs, raising them back to level. Polylevel is a state- of- the- art approach to repairing sinking concrete. Rather then injecting mud or cement under the slab, we inject high- density, lightweight, structural- grade polymers to lift, level and stabilize. Once the driveway was raised, the team sealed the joints with NexusPro joint sealant to prevent cracking and crumbling in the future.
