We used Thrasher because we needed waterproofing. Thrasher's sales person stayed in touch, while the other contractor did not return his revised estimate that he had promised.  We had used Thrasher in our old home and had no complaints, plus other people spoke highly of Thrasher.

It was a delight dealing with Carl. He explained things well, answered all my questions, and was very professional. The best thing is they cleaned up after themselves: no pop cups, cans, sunflower seeds, cigarette butts, anythiing. WE have seen it all.  We were impressed by employee conduct. Communication with the customer is what locks up the ability to excel and you have found the key! The emails prior to work date and the phone call saying they are on their way. Thrasher doesn't leave the customer wondering which end is up! Salesman Bob knew his stuff. He isn't out there selling widgets when he really only has whatnots.   Seems like Thrasher has a pretty tight ship!  Which is good given the business you're in!

We selected Thrasher because they sounded like a reliable company to fix the problem, and we liked the 35 year guarantee.  The crew was done in about four hours and knew what to do.  The crew leader explained what they were going to do, and when the job was finished, showed me exactly what they had done.  I think you have excellent employees who are very well trained in what to do.  The crew cleaned up the mess very well, and covered everything with plastic.

I waited until today to write this letter to thank you and your company for installing one of your basement systems in my home. With the rainfall last night I no longer suffered any gushing water, drips or even a dribble. The sump pump is almost silent. I was relieved to go check the room where I had a problem to find it neat and dry.

I have had two separate crews at my house to install two separate Sump Pumps. (My house is old and eclectic with the previous owners attaching additions almost willy-nilly.) Everyone was professional, thorough, prompt and spent whatever time was required to answer questions. I was amazed at how clean the basement was after seeing all the dust and hearing all the noise. The steps taken to protect the non-work areas are really effective.
