This homeowner wanted to fix their cracked driveway before putting their home on the market. When we performed the inspection, we found that the front driveway slabs and back patio were settling really badly. This can occur for three reasons:
Luckily, we have solutions to fix these issues. To lift and level the concrete, we used PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam that's injected underneath the slab that will compact the soil underneath and fill the void space. And for the control joints and cracks, we used NexusPro Joint Sealant to seal the concrete and keep water from penetrating the surface.
This home's front steps, walkway, and driveway were all settling due to a lack of support in the soil. To fix it permanently, we installed PolyLevel, a polyuretherane foam we inject beneath the concrete slabs to lift and level the concrete back it its original position. We then used NexusPro to seal the joints and ensure water can not penetrate the surface!
This customer in Omaha, Nebraska was planning on selling their home but wanted to do some repairs first. Our team came in and we lifted the steps and the sidewalk leading up to his house. We used our PolyLevel injectable foam technology to accomplish this. PolyLevel is a great alternative to demolition or mud jacking, plus it's speedy and effective!
Uneven sidewalks are extremely dangerous, especially for little kids. This sidewalk had settled pretty badly due to poorly compacted soil, but luckily we were able to lift it to its original position.
