If you've ever had a driveway like this, then you know the distinct feeling of driving over and on it every-time you leave the house, but did you know this can actually lead to foundation problems? This kind of sinking leaves room for water to sink into the ground near your foundation rather than flow down the driveway. To fix this, we use Polylevel foam to lift and level and NexusPro to prevent future damage. 

This homeowner wants to maintain his home's property value in preparation for putting it on the market. The garage did not have gutters for a long time, allowing water to wash out the soil under the concrete. We lifted and leveled the concrete using PolyLevel, and sealed the cracks with NexusPro.

Licona W. noticed that the concrete was settling and was worried about the concrete forcing water to poll by the garage and foundation. Looking for a concrete leveling solution, he decided to give Thrasher Foundation Repair a call.  

System Design Specialist Rich Lathrum went out to Licona’s home. He was able to see that concrete slabs were sinking next to the foundation, allowing for water to poll and reverse slope. The crew was able to lift the concrete by using PolyLevel and NexusPro Joint Sealant to close up the joints and cracks preventing future water intrusion. Licona was happy with how the concrete looked once the project was completed.

Let's face it, a driveway with this many cracks really drives down property value. That's why we used Polylevel foam to make sure it was flat and smooth to drive on again. This driveway in Ankeny, IA had begun to sink in places causing an annoying bump for this customer while driving in and out of their garage. After using PolyLevel foam the problem was fixed within minutes! PolyLevel foam expands to lift and support the slabs without adding extra weight to the load-bearing soils underneath. The outcome looked amazing; this customer couldn't have been happier to get rid of that bump.
