Donna W. is a homeowner in Burlington, KS, and wanted her crawl space encapsulated to prevent moisture and mold from entering her home. Often, crawl spaces that aren’t properly sealed have a severe impact on the efficiency of the home and cause the air to become harmful. Our crews arrived at the home in Burlington, KS, and fully encapsulated the crawl space using our CleanSpace waterproof barrier, installing drain tile around the perimeter, and burying all downspouts to ensure the space stays dry year-round. Since the 1940s Brad B.’s family has had a farmhouse. After moving into the home, he wanted to use the basement as storage, but for as long as he could remember the basement had water issues. Wanting to preserve the home, Brad’s neighbor recommended giving us a call.

We had System Design Specialist, Trevor Stokes go to his home and evaluate the problem. He was able to identify that water intrusion and bowing was occurring on three of the walls. The existing beams in the basement on some of the walls were failing as well. We fixed the problem by installing a WaterGuard system with TripleSafe to take care of the water intrusion. We also used a combination of anchors and PowerBraces to permanently stabilize the walls. The basement is completely waterproofed, and the walls are braced, giving Brad a piece of mind.

Street creep is a foundation problem caused by the thermal expansion of concrete roads, sidewalks, and pavement surrounding a home. This homeowner was experiencing those issues before the installation of this expansion joint. Expansion joints take the pressure off the foundation wall and create space between the foundation, driveway, and other concrete slabs. 

This customer was tired of worrying about visitors tripping on his steps and called us for help. They had settled an incredible 7" in some places and 4" in other spots! We used Polylevel foam to left and level the steps back to their original position and we finished everything off by sealing the concrete with Nexuspro to protect him moving forward.

This homeowner is worried that the concrete surrounding his backyard pool is a tripping hazard. He decided to get his concrete prepared so he doesn't have to worry when people are enjoying the pool. We used PolyLevel to lift and stabilize the concrete slabs. ensuring they will no longer be a trip hazard.
