This homeowner was experiencing washout and soil voids under slabs of his driveway. He has a son and was worried about him getting hurt while playing outside, so he wanted the repair to be done for the sake of his peace of mind. Cracked or unlevel concrete can lead to serious issues down the road. Concrete repair is essential for your driveway, sidewalk, or patio to protect it for the future.
This homeowner has recently been thinking about the age and health of his wife, himself, and their friends that often come over. He wants to protect everyone from falling on their sidewalk and step. Plus he wants to maintain the curb appeal of their home. We sent our team over to take a look at it and decipher what the issue is. We found that the soil around the concrete was dried out from warm weather, making the concrete sink. Then once it started to rain, the soil underneath was slowly washed away. To raise the concrete back up, we used our expandable foam that is injected below the concrete. Then we used NexusPro, a long-lasting silicone joint and crack sealant.

The crew lifted and stabilized the affected concrete with PolyLevel and then filled the joints with NexusPro Joint Sealant. Lew was thrilled by the outcome!
