Josh owned an older home, but he noticed that the steps and front walkway had sunk and shifted. This caused problems for him and his wife, who wanted to make the house their forever home. So, determined to fix the issues and make necessary repairs, they called Thrasher.

We used a special method called Polyleveling to lift the steps back up and fill the empty space below them. This restored the steps to their original position. We also used NexusPro to seal the joints and protect them from future problems. Now, Josh and his wife can enjoy their home for many years without worrying about the steps and walkway.

He was able to identify that a 2-part concrete protection system would fix the concrete and she didn’t need to go through the hassle of replacing concrete. The crew started with PolyLevel, which was able to lift and level the concrete back up to the original height. Then the crew used NexusPro Joint Sealant to seal and prevent water from entering the joints.  Tonya was thrilled with how her concrete looked and how easy this solution was instead of replacing the concrete.
