These homeowners were experiencing sinking of their concrete in their garage, which was followed by a big crack. They wanted to get their floor fixed so they could use their garage properly and use it to store their cars again. They called Thrasher and one of our System Design Specialists, Bob, talked through how we could help. To life the concrete back into place, we used out Polylevel foam to lift and level. They then used NexusPro as our caulk to seal the joints and cracks. These homeowners loved the finished product and were so excited they could use it as normal soon after install! 

Jeff and Linda are homeowners in Omaha, NE, who needed concrete repair on their driveway. The driveway and sidewalks needed some new caulking, and they wanted it done correctly to prevent future damage to the area. System Design Specialist Mike Lutmer went out to their home and recommended using NexusPro Joint and Crack Sealant to close the cracks and fix the caulking. The crew repaired the caulking. Jeff and Linda were happy with the results. 

This homeowner just had concrete staining done on his back patio and wanted it to stay looking nice. Shane McClintic, System Design Specialist went out to meet with him. Shane saw this homeowner did not have any terrible problems, he started noticing a little cracking a didn't want things to get worse. Chris D. is a proud homeowner in Omaha, NE for over 11 years and has watched the sidewalk in front of his house break over time. In addition, portions of his driveway weren’t level, and his front doorstep was separated from the stoop. In order to protect his home and the abundance of children in the neighborhood from the tripping hazards, Chris decided to have his concrete repaired. Chris has seen Thrasher do other driveways and noticed the quality of work we do, so he decided to give us a call.

 In order to inspect the damaged areas, System Design Specialist Bob Dunn visited Chris’s home to investigate possible solutions. The homeowner opted to have our team install our PolyLevel foam and NexusPro filler. PolyLevel foam is our innovative product that permanently lifts and levels the concrete. NexusPro is then used to seal all joints and cracks to prevent water from seeping into the concrete in the future.

 Chris was thrilled with appearance and quality of our concrete repair solutions. His main concern was the children potentially getting hurt, and now Chris has peace of mind knowing his sidewalks are no longer a tripping hazard.

This customer had a front step that was sinking. And unfortunately, she ended up tripping and falling coming up the stairs. Not wanting any of her loved ones to fall, she knew she had to get it fixed.

She called Thrasher to help because she knew we could get the job done quickly. Christian Gaylord was sent out to her home to figure out what the best action plan would be. He determined the front step had settled over 6 inches. We used PolyLevel to lift and stabilize the front step to fix this. Everything turned out great, and the customer was super happy with it. No more trips!
