Janice R. lives in the small town of Emerson located in Northeast Nebraska.  In a small town like this people are helping their neighbors especially people like Janice. She called because her driveway was sinking in a few spots. This caused problems when others were doing snow removal for her.  Not just because of the snow removal but Janice just wants her property kept up the right way and to replace her huge driveway would be very expensive.  

Thrasher was able to resolve her problem by leveling the concrete with PolyLevel. We then sealed the joints with NexusPro. Lastly, CompressionGuard was installed to help prevent street creep.

This homeowner has been working hard over the years to take care of his property and maintain his curb appeal. He noticed that overtime, a large bump had formed that he would hit every time he pulled out of his garage. When he saw the concrete settled on his driveway, he gave us a call.

We sent System Design Specialist Levi Ashmore to inspect the driveway and come up with a comprehensive solution to restore this homeowner's curb appeal. Upon inspection, Levi noticed that the soil underneath the concrete had washed out causing the driveway to settle and develop cracks. Levi and his team knew just the solution, and they fixed this problem by using PolyLevel to restore the concrete to its original position, and NexusPro Joint Sealant to seal all the cracks.

This local business owner in Auburn, NE noticed the concrete that formed the entryway was beginning to develop into a tripping hazard. In order to protect his customers and staff, he chose to have it repaired. In addition, he was frustrated with the appearance of the sunken concrete and the image it could convey for his business. The project began with our System Design Specialist, Corey Nelson, visiting the business in Auburn, NE. It was determined the landing outside the front door was settling causing the walkway to buckle upwards and creating the tripping hazard. To repair this, the customer opted to have our team install our 2-Part Concrete Protection System. The team began by injecting our PolyLevel foam into the voided area to lift and level the concrete. NexusPro Sealer was then applied to seal al cracks and joints to prevent any water from infiltrating the concrete in the future.

The business owner was very pleased with our concrete repair solutions. He was impressed with our crew’s efficiency and display of professionalism throughout the duration of the project. He now has peace of mind knowing his customers and staff are safe when entering and exiting the building.

Jason and Kristi G. moved into their Bennington, NE home last year and were getting ready to start a few projects on the home. They wanted to start with the concrete around the pool area, which had significant settlement and had become a trip hazard. Then applied NexusPro Joint Sealant to seal the joints and cracks, preventing water from moving the concrete again. These homeowners wanted to use their patio more and entertain guests. But all over their patio, the concrete was sinking and settling, causing several tripping hazards. Which had allowed water to compromise the integrity of the soil under the concrete slabs and cause an uneven walking surface.
