This family had a fox burrowing under her back porch. They were afraid that the void the fox created made her porch structurally unsafe. She knew of Thrashers reputation, and knew we were trustworthy. They gave us a call, and System Design Specialist, Mike Williams, came out to meet with them. Mike found the fox did dig a hole, and kept digging right under the porch. Mike and the family decided to use Polylevel foam to fill the void under the porch and NexusPro to deal the cracks caused by the void. The homeowners loved this solution, and we sent out our installation team. There is no doubt this family does not have any more worries of animals getting under their porch or the porch sinking or cracking anymore! Check out the before and after of this project! 

This homeowner was worried about water coming into his home because of his patio sinking. There was big gap between where the wall ended and where the concrete should lay. He called Thrasher because he knew of our great reputation and professionalism. System Design Specialist, Mike Williams, came out to meet with him. Mike found the front patio was settling towards the house due to poor soil used as fill under the slab. Mike took these findings back to the homeowner and together decided on a solution. We used our Concrete Protection System, including Polylevel to lift and level, and NexusPro to fill in the cracks and joints. Best thing about our products, is that they are waterproof, so they prevent any more sinking due to washout. When Robert was looking for someone to fix his concrete, he got two other offers. But he chose Thrasher because we gave him the best experience. We gave him a good price and took the time to explain the problem to him, while the other contractors just gave him a price without any explanation.

The reason Robert needed his concrete fixed was that he recently had surgery on his back. He had a damaged driveway and his walkway to the front door had sunk into the ground because of soil erosion. It was important to him that there were no tripping hazards or uneven concrete near his home. 

To fix these problems, our team used special materials called Polyfoam and NexusPro. The damaged driveway was a challenge but our team, led by Dakota, did an amazing job and Robert was really happy with how it turned out.

With HelloGarage's help, we were referred to a customer who needed a new garage floor. We quickly scheduled an appointment and worked together to install the floor without any delays. The customer wanted a special coating from HelloGarage to make their garage better. But first, we had to fix some problems with the concrete floor.

We used PolyLevel foam to lift and level the broken parts. We worked well with HelloGarage and the customer was happy with how fast we finished. 

This homeowner has only lived in her home for a year ad a half, but her concrete is already filing in many areas. She wants to get this fixed to protect her investment and increase the home's curb appeal. The problem was that the soil around her home started to shift, which caused slabs near the garage to sink into the earth. Slabs can sink for many reasons: a lack of compaction, soil drying out, or excess moisture. Our team used PolyLevel to lift and level the areas that had sunk. We then used NexusPro on all the joints and cracks in the rest of the driveway and patio.
