Helical Piers offers a permanent solution for all types of foundation settlement problems. Helical Piers can be installed internally or externally with minimal disturbance to your property. Once installed, the piers can be adjusted to return your foundation to its original position. 

This customer wanted to add a gazebo to his backyard, but first he wanted to fix his back porch area. He also wanted to minimize tripping hazards as much as possible to protect himself and his family. The concrete slab was sinking a few inches and our team was able to lift it back to its original position using PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the slab to stabilize it. 

Tristan H. recently bought a home and wanted to finish the basement to provide more bedrooms for his kids. They decided to call Thrasher because Eliza H. had lived in a home that had our wall support product already.

The wall they called about was a unique situation where most of the damage was 2' off of the ground so we had to install anchors with C-channels. Upon inspection, there was another wall that bowing in that we installed Power Braces on.

Homeowner Kara K. has been noticing that water has been coming into her basement. Looking to create some bedrooms down there, she wanted a long-term solution to prevent water from coming in again. She has had work done with us before and decided to give us a call again.

We sent System Design Specialist Jesse White out to her home. He was able to identify that water was coming in on three walls and seeping into one of the corners of the basement. The team removed a portion of the floor slab and exposed the top of the footing. We were able to install WaterGuard on the footing and surround the area with crushed rock and poured new concrete. Kara was really impressed with the quality of work done and how quickly we were able to complete it.

Homeowner Jill bought her home in the fall. And in the winter, her pipes froze and burst. This is her forever home so she knew she had to do something. She remembered her brother recently used Thrasher to waterproof his home, so she decided to give us a call, too. Once we sent our System Design Specialist, Jesse White, out to her home, we were able to identify the problem. Upon inspection, we found her crawlspace was uninsulated and not encapsulated. 

Jesse came up with a plan and sent our install team out to work their magic. We ended up encapsulating and insulating to keep the interior of the crawl space clean and dry. On top of that, we also installed a SaniDry Dehumidifier to help keep the space dry. 

Now Jill can rest knowing her home is protected and her pipes are prepared for the following winter.
