Crawl Space Support Beams in Enterprise, KS

This homeowner was gifted this home from his father. He started to notice settlement on the back wall where the crawlspace was added and his floors were also sagging. He called Thrasher to come out and inspect. We found, upon inspection, that the add-on crawlspace was not supported sufficiently when it was built. The span from wall to wall was too wide and needed supports in the middle to help the slab not settle.

To fix the issue, we used our I-beams to run the length of the crawlspace in smart jacks to support the beam so that the floor would not settle or sag.

The homeowner was very happy he doesn't have to concerned about that area and happy he can continue to live in the home that his father built.

Foundation Repair in Wilber, NE

These homeowners lived in their house for many years and recently, decided to have their entire foundation replaced. They had several issues with their old foundation and chose to replace over repairing it. Unfortunately, the foundation was not the issue. It was the soil.

After doing a full replacement, they started to notice cracks forming on their brand new foundation walls. They knew at this point they had to get it fixed before it turned into a bigger issue.

Austin Sharon went out to their home to perform an inspection. He found the foundation walls were tipping in and causing damage to the support beams. The north and south walls were both failing. This was happening because of the soil around the foundation. To fix, we stabilized the walls using a combination of PowerBraces and Anchors, which will straighten the walls over time.

The homeowners are relieved not to have to worry about foundation issues anymore.
