Concrete Floor Repair in Littleton, CO

This homeowner was in the middle of a remodel, when he noticed that the living room had a bowl in it. Concerned about the home's integrity, and wanting to finish the remodel properly, he gave us a call to inspect the concrete slab underneath the carpeting.

We sent System Design Specialist Anthony Salcedo to inspect the floor and determine the best solution for this homeowner, so that the home remodel could continue. Anthony found that the soil underneath the garage floor and the slab underneath the carpet were on poorly compacted soil which caused them to sink around the same position. Anthony and his team knew just how to fix it, and they got straight to work utilizing PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealant to lift and seal the concrete slabs in their original position.

The homeowner was very happy with the outcome and he was very impressed with the transformation. Check out how the garage floor was lifted!

Crawlspace Contingency

This customer needed his crawlspace encapsulated as a contingency to complete the sale of his home. The crawlspace was exposed to the earth and was extremely dry and dusty. We used CleanSpace with drainage matting underneath to seal off the home from the earth. This will help prevent dirty air from entering the home and will also improve heating and cooling efficiency.

Nasty Crawl Space Runnells Iowa

Crawl spaces left unattended can slowly deteriorate.  Mold growth, bug and spider infestation, moisture, and odors develop and increase over time.

Cleaning up and fully encapulating the crawl space is the safest and healthiest way to not only improve the space itself, but to improve the air quality in the rooms and floors above.

Crawl Space Repair in Iowa

Nasty crawlspaces are becoming an epidemic in the US. Mold, humidity, bugs, and odors come into the main living spaces through the crawl space. With a crawlspace overhaul and repair you can turn a nasty crawlspace into a clean and healthy environment. The encapsulating process can turn an old, smelly crawlspace into a revitalized area of the home and in most cases additional storage as well.

Encapsulating a Crawlspace in Polk City, IA

Dave noticed he had water in his crawl space and wanted to have his crawl space become a storage space for his wife to use. He didn't know who to call but then saw a commercial on the television showing him what we can do. He called and had one of our System Designers come out to his house to give him a free quote. The System Designer told Dave that we would have to encapsulate his crawl space which means we would put vent covers which would stop the cold from coming in. Second we would remove all the standing water that would be left in the crawl space. Then, we would repair the structure and finally encapsulate the crawl space. Dave was very happy with the work that was done and his wife was happy that she got to put her things in the area.
