We are thrilled! As you know, it was hard to commit that kind of money on a basement, but the end result really exceeded our expectations. I expected a dry basement - but I hadn't expected the overall transformation into usable space. It sounds weird to say this but I actually find myself looking for reasons to work down there (my 2-year old daughter begs to go "play in the basement" which is both hilarious and a testament to how different it is - she used to say "no basement, scary") I think the overall proof of the success will be once get through a couple of deluges - but everything I have seen so far makes me confident the system can handle it.

Installation crew mistakenly applied wall membrane to furnace exhaust vent. When we brought it to the attention of the office staff, the problem was promptly corrected.
