Proud homeowner Jose wants to remodel the entire home, but the foundation was not stable and was afraid it would cause damage to other areas. He chose Midwest because of our credible reputation in the area.

We sent System Design Specialist Cody out to provide a free on-the-spot estimate.  We installed our Everbrace system to completely stabilize the wall and prevent it from caving in.  This stops the wall from moving and helps take the support of the house from the current wall.  Jose was so happy with our work, that he asked us to do additional work on the home.

This homeowner has been worrying about his foundation walls at least once a day for the last 50 years. His basement walls are cracking and bowing in multiple places due to the outside soil expanding. Our crew installed PowerBraces to stabilize the wall and begin to correct them back to their original position. 

This customer wanted to stop his front wall foundation from getting worse than it already was. The issue started because his home used to have a stoop on the front that settled and pushed the foundation wall inward. We used PowerBraces to support the bowing wall and potentially move it back to its original position over time. 

This customer's home had a crumbling foundation. We came in and installed our EverBrace system. This took on the load weight of the home to prevent complete failure of the home's foundation. 

This customer owned this rental property that was experiencing bowing walls in the basement. They knew they had to fix this issue for several reasons: to protect their investment, prevent further damage to the home, and avoid having to displace a tenant if the walls were to collapse.

Mike Portal, a System Design Specialist at Midwest, went out to the home to conduct an inspection. He found that the walls were bowing in, and each foundation wall was in various stages of wall failure. 

To solve this problem, we installed PowerBraces. This system is made from galvanized steel beams that will not rust and will straighten the walls with time. In just two days, the Midwest team secured and stabilized all walls in the basement. This was especially crucial for the homeowner to make sure we weren't invading the tenant's space for an extended period of time.
