Erin V. was having trouble with their sump pump working correctly. They missed their annual maintenance and needed to a quick fix before it rained again due to fears of causing damage to their home.  So, they decided to call Midwest Foundation Repair.

Service Technician Ryan Allen arrived at the home and was able to see high amounts of sediment in pits. We installed 2 new sump pumps and also put a new battery in for the battery backup system. The team also clean out the pit and removed any debris and cleaned the area to ensure optimal operation for the systems. We were able to provide this customer a peace of mind knowing the system was back up and running again.

They were getting water leaking in from multiple places. They had an existing sump pump that wasn’t doing much. We were able to waterproof everything and give them a new sump pump system. We used WaterGuard TM because they had a nontraditional footing, a MPS lateral line, a Triple-safe sump system and full cleanspace. They want to be confident the basement stays dry.

Joyce just finished her basement in Adair, IA, and wanted to reduce the musty smell in her basement.  She decided to give Midwest a call because she didn’t want the smell to affect the basement and ruin any work. During the inspection Service Technician, Brandon Rost recommended a new SaniDry Dehumidifier, the old one was low on freon and kept icing up. Once the new dehumidifier was installed the humidity level was able to be controlled. 

The customer had a dirt floor in their crawlspace and wanted to get it covered. They contacted us after seeing our ads on TV. We came out and gave her an estimate on a full cralwspace encapsulation. We then went back out and installed our cleanspace to cover the dirt floor.

This homeowner wanted to add additional protection in his home because his sump pump was not working and he was worried about the large amount of rain coming up. He knew of the TripleSafe Sump Pump and he thought it would be the perfect solution for him, so he gave us a call. 

We sent System Design Specialist Ryan Allen to talk with the homeowner and describe what happened to his old sump pump. Ryan found that the backup sump pump was not working and that the main sump pump was never getting a break. The homeowner was confident that the TripleSafe Sump Pump System was perfect for his, so our team installed it, then buried the discharge pipes.
