The office staff was very professional. I really enjoyed reading the packet that I received before my appointment.  It helped me with questions I already had and I developed some new questions. 

I was very impressed by how fast they were able to install everything. Everything was installed in less than a week.  The installation crew was very nice and clear when they were explaining things to me. 

Mark was very nice on all follow-up calls and definitely great at answering all questions. He was also very flexible with appointment times and did a great job of making me comfortable to work with MidAmerica Basement Systems. The office was very helpful on the phone and courteous. Kyle McCarty and his crew did the waterproofing, bright wall, clean space, and outside work. Very nice, knowledgeable young men. Enjoyed visiting with them. Dillon Heard and his crew did the windows and window wells. Again very nice, knowledgeable young men. Would definitely recommend both crews!

Tyler's presentation was very neat and organized.  The installation crew was on time both days an the clean up was fantastic.

We have experienced no problems and the annual inspections are welcome.  Really enjoyed all of the employees attitudes and are pleased with the dry basement system.  The crew was as neat as possible considering the mess installation makes. very polite and expained things well. Good references, and a neighbor had installation prior to us.
