Mark was polite, pleasant and did a great job explaining everything. MidAmerica has efficient knowledge and a better system and better materials. I was also sent material to reach which helped me understand waterproofing. Mark was just great - patient and understanding. Very helpful for elders. He seems to really know the business. I was lucky to have him!

The overall finished look from MidAmerica Basement Systems was very nice. I also heard great reviews from relatives and in "Val-Pak." The office staff was helpful and courteous. I thought they were quite knowledgeable. The installation crew did a good job too. They are very hard workers.

Tyler was very thorough and had a nice personality.  My daughter and son-in-law told me to go with MidAmerica Basement, and I have to say I'm very pleased with everything they did.

 Sean was very good! The packet that we received before our first appointment was very informative, which helped a lot when it came to the appointment.  The office staff was very nice and was able to set me up for an appointment right away. 

Our design specialist was great, he printed out layouts of what needed to be done.  The installation crew was on time and the clean up was awesome!  

Tyler's presentation was great! You could tell he is very experienced.  The installation crew was very helpful when it came to extra questions. 

I really appreciated the fact that Mark did a follow up call with me.  Mark's presentation was a big reason I decided to go with MidAmerica.  I found MidAmerica Basement Systems in the yellow pages, plus I saw their commercial.

Kali was very personable, informative and seemed very concerned with our basement. The two main reasons we decided to go with MidAmercia Basement Systems is because they have an outstanding reputation and when we talked with Kali we felt like he really had our best interests in mind. As far as the clean-up goes, we couldn't even tell they were there.

The office staff was great, they were able to set the appointment up right away and within a week the Design Specialist was able to look at my crawlspace.  I really like the fact that we received a follow-up call to make sure our appointment worked and to let us know what we needed to do before the installation crew got there.

The office staff was very friendly when it came to setting my appointments and they even called to remind me about them.  Mark was very thoughtful in explaining our options.  He wasn't pushy at all which was also very nice.  The installation crew was very courteous and was actually able to move up my appointment by an entire month.  Everyone at MidAmerica Basement Systems was great!
