I have been satisfied with your company from installation to services year after year. This years service was done by Tim Lopez. He called ahead, was on time, was respectful of me and my home. He explained what he was doing and why certain things needed to be done. I was very pleased with him.

When I asked the question "Is it a lost cause?" his response was no and explain several different items. I will definitley be reccommending you to friends.

Justin's team was very conscientious about mud/dirt tracking in my home. The weather was just terrible during the installation of our project. Justin was very accommodating with small details pertaining to the job and the clean-up.

Kali was very kind and was able to suggest a few different options. It was very nice that he had pamphlets, books, a video presentation and a sample on hand.  MidAmerica did a great job a few years ago installing the water guard system and sump pump, I knew I could trust them.  

The guys had a lousy day outside to do the work and they were really carefuly about my house.  They did a great job with everything!!

The representative was thorough and complete. The office and installation crew was polite and helpful. The crew arrived on schedule and did a good job. The cleanup after the job met my expectations. 

Thom was outstanding!  Three reasons I decided to work with MidAmerica Basement Systems is because of the cost and the materials they used.  Also they were great with scheduling around me.  Plus they called a few days before to confirm I was ready.  

So far so good. Pete Hensler was the crew leader. Good info regarding the day and arrival. They worked fast and cleaned up thoroughly. 

The job that you did for me went very well. I can't think of anything in the process that should be changed. I would give you a 10, you're a very good company, the guys were knowledgeable and did their research! Everything was great!

Dear Mid America Basement: My husband and I just wanted to let you know that we believe your basement system that you installed in our home in December 2008 paid for itself June 2009. Let me preface this by saying we have lived in this house since 1978 and had NEVER seen anything like the torrential rainfall that happened in our small town in June 2009. It rained so hard a rushing rapid formed on an adjoining street came down between the house next to ours and the corner of the house filled the backyards within minutes up to the foundations. It raced through our garage and neighbors window wells were filling with water and storm drains were not able to even handle the amount of water that was coming down. While my husband was out trying to find and clear the storm drain I ran to the front of the house and while out in the yard heard this loud whooshing noise, I turned and looked and it was your system carrying the water that would have been in my basement safely away from my home. Our basement never even had a drop of water in it. When the rain stopped and the storm drains were working again my husband and I agreed that it was the best money we'd ever spent. Thank you for the excellent job you and your crew did (who were very nice by the way) we now have a level of confidence in your system like no other. We have finished off one side of the basement and love the extra living space it has created and we are confident as long as we make sure you come for our annual system check our hard work down there will be protected. Thanks again for your quality product, workmanship, and service. We have always had a positive experience with your company! From the very first contact to the work performed and all annual inspections, everyone has been helpful & courteous.  We have been very satisfied with the system.  Others in our neighborhood have had "cheaper" work done, but they have had problems and "no" warranty was given on the work.

I've been very impressed from the gals in the office to your salesmen and technician.  You're all doing a great job!  When the salesman came out I thought his presentation was good and he answered all of my questions.  The guys who put the system in were on time, courteous and did a great job cleaning up!

The two main reasons why I went with your company was because of the back-up pump that works with a better system and the ease of having someone come out for a yearly maintenance. Not only was the sales rep and computer presentation friendly and informative, but so was the installation crew. Thank you for the peace of mind now that I know I'll have a dry basement.
