The crew drove heavy-duty steel helical piers deep beneath the foundation, anchoring the structure into stable, load-bearing soil layers to permanently halt further settlement and restore structural stability. To address interior environmental conditions and moisture intrusion, the team encapsulated the space using a heavy-duty drainage matting underlayment paired with a durable CleanSpace® vapor barrier. This system directs trapped groundwater away from the foundation and seals out damaging humidity.

As highlighted in the after photo, the foundation is now fully reinforced, dry, and protected against future ground movement. The comprehensive solution resolved the immediate structural concerns and restored total confidence and peace of mind for the Milan homeowner.
