In Le Claire, this homeowner noticed their concrete slab was uneven and worsening. They didn't want to wait for the problem to escalate, and that's where we stepped in. Ben was very upset with the large sinking concrete in portions of his driveway. Overtime sections of the driveway had sunk due to the voids under the concrete. Some areas had dropped about 2 to 3 inches, leaving the driveway unlevel and unsafe. MidAmerica Basement Systems offered the solution PolyLevel. PolyLevel is injected under the concrete to fill to voids, once the voids are filled, it expands to lift and stabilize the slabs. The slabs that were 2-3 inches lower, now run flush with the other areas of the driveway, making the driveway level and safe once again.
