Homeowner Wayne has lived in his 1980's home since it was built. He was interested in PolyLevel technology that  MidAmerica Basement Systems offers. They wanted the project to be completed quickly and done with care. The PolyLevel is a foam that is injected under the concrete slab and lifts and levels. The PolyLevel and hardens and expands under the slab to bring it back to its former place. 

Tyler has been living in his home for the last 6 years, two of those years he has spent with water in his basement. Tyler was concerned with the water that came in during rain storms and how this could potentially cause mold in his home. He decided to take on this project for the future value of his home if he ever decided to sell the property.

Steve and Susie had their basement waterproofed in 2010 and were so happy to have a dry basement they wanted to finish it. MidAmerica Basement Systems went and installed the patented Thermal Dry Flooring to help give that finished basement look.
