Kristi and Jame s have lived in their home for the last 15 years. They have recently undergone a large remodel project that included an egress window installation. The egress window is needed for safety and to actually call a room in a basement a bedroom.

Leaking basements can cause a lot of damage. In one particular incident, a small, slow leak, went unnoticed behind the drywall, causing the drywall to warp from the backside to the front.
