Last spring I had your company repair a leak in my basement wall. The initial survey indicated that there were 2 cracks in the foundation but when the work crew arrived, they found that it was just a single crack in the foundation that had created another wet area through the plaster surface. They did a great repair job since my basement has been dry ever since and they charged me for repairing just a single crack even though I may well have never known that the survey had overstated the damage.
