This concerns my recent basement repair. I wanted to let you know that I was very impressed with the job performed by your crew in completing my rather complicated basement job. The task was to waterproof the basement of my old house, which was built in 1929. The situation became intolerable this spring with sequential hard rains, so I called your company. Mr. Don Rongey came out and gave me a bid. He was very helpful and polite, and took my phone calls to help arrange all the details. When your crew arrived, they carefully explained what they planned to do, and kept me updated with their progress on a daily basis. There were some complications along the way due to the nature of the old construction, but your crew solved the problems and worked efficiently despite the obstacles. I was particularly impressed with the way these gentlemen worked together. Their polite and quiet demeanor was greatly appreciated. They took the time to explain the concept behind each repair, and were very helpful in reassuring that the repairs were going to keep my basement dry. I found your employees to be very intelligent in their approach to their tasks, and even asked one of them if they recieved training as an engineer since they seemed to know so much about physics and hydrodynamics. I hope you will consider putting this letter in each of their files for consideration at the time of any evaluation for promotion or salary increase. They certainly deserve it.
