All the old houses in town have a wet basements.  Our house had part brick foundation and then a ledge that was block.  Your man Dave said you could dry it all up with the materials you have and you have a very good reputation here in town so I said do it.  Now I tell people it was a really old wet basement but now it's a really old dry basement. Thanks for doing a great job.
